We had an awesome launch to our new series "How To Ruin Your Life!" We are so excited about what God is doing here at CF. We have such a big week planned so please check this out:

We have been receiving such a great response for our Night of Worship “Because of His Great Love,” that we will be offering two worship experiences on Saturday night! We are concerned that we will not be able to handle the number of people in one service, as we are hearing a lot of buzz about the night.

6:30 p.m., as we have been promoting, is our regular Saturday service time at the Palmetto Bay campus. The 6:30 p.m. time slot will include the worship experience and teaching from Pastor Rick. It will feel a lot like a regular Saturday night service, just with an extended worship time after the teaching. CF Kids and CF Students are offered as normal.

Here is the new info…

We are adding a second Night of Worship experience at 8:30 p.m., for this weekend only, just for this incredible night of worship! At the 8:30 p.m. time slot, there will ONLY be the music portion of worship. No teaching from Pastor Rick. Also, CF Kids and CF Students will not be offered.

The new time slot (8:30 p.m.) is perfect for you:
1. If you attend a campus other than Palmetto Bay. You should consider coming to the 8:30 p.m. Night of Worship because you will hear Rick’s message from the 6:30 p.m. service at your campus in a few weeks.
2. If you do not have children. This is a great option because we will not be offering CF Kids for this service, only for the 6:30 p.m. service.
3. If you are a volunteer who will be serving during the 6:30 p.m. service, then the 8:30 p.m. service is perfect for you. Feel free to bring your kids to the 8:30 p.m. service!
4. Web Savvy folks – hey, if you're reading this and you don't go to bed at 9:45 p.m. while watching CNN, then 8:30 p.m. is not late for you.

We want this to be an incredible experience for our guests and our members. By offering this additional service we believe that those who come will leave encouraged and excited about all that God is doing here at Christ Fellowship and in this city.

CF Live coming to Christ Fellowship

It was a great weekend. Oh, Happy Valentines Day...if I didn't mention it to you.

We ordained close to 50 new deacons this weekend at our Palmetto Bay campus. It was really a beautiful service. Eric did a great job challenging these new servants.

This weekend draws to a close the series, Jesus Uncensored. Next weekend will begin the new series, "How to Ruin Your Life." Be sure you are inviting your friends to this series.

Make your plans to attend the CF Live recording of, "Because of His Great Love." All original songs by our Worship Leaders and Worship Pastors. Starting at 6:30 PM on Saturday evening February 28th at the Palmetto Bay Campus. Please pray for God's power to be in the entire service.

Happy Valentines Day!

Linda and I just returned from Sundowners in Key Largo. We decided to have our Valentines Day dinner tonight since tomorrow evening we will have our small group and then of course we have our services on the weekend.

It was beautiful. The sunset was, well, only God paints pictures like this.

The company was awesome. I love my bride. She is as precious to me as she always has been, only sweeter. We talked and watched the sun go down and then we put the top down on the Volkswagen for the trip back.

How gracious the Lord has been to me. See you all soon.

what a week

When I came home this evening after 101 I asked myself, "Why have I been so blessed?" Oh, I have had problems, and I'm constantly making mistakes...but what a weekend I had.

Ministry Rally was phenomenal. Yea, crazy. Off the chart.

The weekend services were really great. Listen to this; one of my riding buddies and friend that I have met with to talk about Christ, came Saturday evening to our service and crossed the line of faith. It was beautiful.

Then, after the 10:30 service two teenagers came to speak with me and said, "We want to give our lives to Christ." So I had the awesome privilege to lead them to Christ.

101 was great. I met some great peeps and tonight when I lay my head on the pillow, I will thank my precious Savior and sleep well. The Lord has been so unbelievable.

Long time no post!

Yeah, that's right. A bunch has happened since I last posted. Well, I completed the ING marathon, that's 26.2 miles. The point 2 is important. The Lord gave me strength and having my brother and his family, my awesome wife and kids, and well, it was a great day.

I have been sick. I don't get sick too often, but this time, it hit me for most of the week. I'm on the road to recovery.

This weekend was great at CF. Jesus Uncensored has been really strong. I had both my sons leading with me. I'm thankful.
